SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom, bulk, or backordered items may require additional handling time. We will inform you of any delays.

 

2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, and regional freight providers) to ensure safe and timely delivery. 

 

Standard Ground Shipping - 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping1 – 3 business days

Freight (Large Equipment) - 5 – 10 business days

 

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and customs processing.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are based on:

  • Weight and dimensions

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Large or heavy equipment may require a custom freight quote.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

 

5. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is available Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-built or special order equipment

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or installed tools

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@primealfatools.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description

  • We will repair, replace, or issue a refund as appropriate

 

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
