CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us at info@primealfatools.com with your order number.

 

After Shipping:

  • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item (see our Return Policy).

 

Custom or Special Orders:

  • Custom-built or special-order equipment cannot be canceled once production has started.

REFUND POLICY

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Order canceled before shipping

  • Defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours

  • Returned items received in unused, original condition within 15 days

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping fees (unless due to our error or a defective product)

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Used, installed, or damaged items (not caused by shipping)

Refund Process:

  1. Email info@primealfatools.com with your order number and reason for refund.

  2. If eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If still unresolved, contact us at info@primealfatools.com
